Ok kali ini aku nak share info makanan yang boleh meransang atau dalam bahasa lain turn ON / stimulate metabolisma dalam badan. Bagaimanapun makanan2 ini perlu mengikut jenis darah yang anda semua warisi dari mak ayah anda...

a. Vegetable Oils - prevent water retention & aid digestion
b. Soy Food - metabolize rapidly
c. Vegetable - increase intestinal mobility
d. Pineapple - increase calories utilization

a. green vegetable, meet, liver, egg & low diary product - aid metabolism
b. Licorice tea - counter hypoglycemia

a. Tofu & seafood - stimulate metabolic efficiency
b. Diary Product - improve insulin activity

a. Red meat, brocoli, spinach, liver & kale - stimulates metabolism
b. Seafood, kelp, iodized salt - contain iodine & stimulate thyroid hormone production
*IMPORTANT note : inhibited insulin production cause hypoglycemia, a lowering of blood sugar after melas, and lead to less efficient metabolism of food.
